Observation details
Feeding alongside Semipalmated Sandpiper. Poor quality photos taken. Through scope, relatively long, decurved bill apparent, as well as rufous patch in scapulars and definite spots from the sides of the breast down the flanks. I couldn't readily detect much rufous on the crown or auriculars, but perhaps this had already worn/molted away. Similar in size to Semipalmated Sandpiper. Shorter-winged than Baird's Sandpiper.
