Observation details

Very unexpected at this date. First heard him singing - then seen at about 20’ away in bins. I saw the yellow underside, blue/gray backside, big, bold eyering and dark necklace of an adult male but he disappeared quickly. I was starting to second-guess myself but thankfully, after quite awhile, I re-found him and was able to get some photos. Late migrant or potential Erie County breeder?
