Observation details
First I saw a predator harassed by magpies from about 60 meters away. When I began to photograph and saw the bird's dark eye, I began to suspect its species. It was perched on the lower branches of a withered tree in the orchard with vines. I entered the garden and slowly approached the bird. Finally, I began to photograph the bird from a distance of about 15 meters. The darkness of its eye and the black spots on its throat indicated that it was a crested honey buzzard. The bird was constantly harassed by 4 magpies. After watching for about 10 minutes, the bird got tired of the harassment and flew away from the area.
