Media notes
This individual initially reported as BSTP based on legs not extending beyond tail, but after scrutinizing photos and seeking input from experts it has been determined that this is a WISP with it's legs tucked. All other field marks point to WISP (overall structure, petite bill, wing shape, ulnar patch shape, etc.).
Observation details
Two white-rumped storm petrels with legs clearly extending beyond tail. Photos. One individual with leg's not visible over the course of the entire observation, but after reviewing photos all other field marks point to WISP according to Brian Patteson and Alvaro Jaramillo (overall structure, petite bill, wing shape, ulnar patch shape, etc). I have included a few of those images here and identified them in the comments.
