Observation details
I bumbled serendipitously into this bird in a hard to access and hard to view location, viewed behind a fence. Presumably the same individual reported elsewhere in NE Tooele County earlier this week. Photos shot through chain-link, and it was only by chance and great luck that it was visible at all. Not likely chase-able.
