Center bird with bill clearly visible and again lack of brown.
Observation details
This is a guess as there were a few of them mixed with a large group of Western Sandpipers on the small rock jetty at the last turn before reaching the island. Birds were slightly smaller than westerns, black legs, short stright bills, westerns had brown on heads these did not. I may have gotten some pictures but it may be a few days before I get to them.
