Observation details
Small green parrot, almost mistook for a Mitred Parakeet. Upon a closer look noticed the face and head was peach colored that blended smoothly across the throat into green body and chest. Light colored beak, stark white eye ring, grey feet, and a bluish rump. First heard in bushes, house sparrows flushed the two of them out and onto a roof and then power lines. Have a picture of one. * Was apparently seen the day before by someone who noted seeing at least one small parrot that wasn't like the usual ones, meaning the Amazon parrots. *
