Observation details
Many people reported on this Black-backed Gull before we arrived on the afternoon of Oct 28. Luckily for us, Craig Kemper saw us and took us to the place where the gull could be seen. Unfortunately, the gull had its head tucked under its wing. We watched for a while and took a few pictures. The gull I've circled here might be the right one.
