Observation details
I don't have a good explanation for this, but this is what it appeared to be. Small to medium-sized rear-legged duck with a brown body, white wing patches (seen, not photographed well), bluish bill, red eye, and black head. Probably a feral escapee? Dabbling with Blue-winged Teal on the loop.
