Observation details

Seen on telephone wire while driving. Turned around to verify. Watched for approx. 1 minute before it flew off. Initially noticed stocky size and sand color. On close inspection with binoculars square tail and neck collar were seen well. In flight a white fan of tail feathers with dark under tail coverts were seen as it bounced up and into a tree. 100% positive in ID.
