Observation details
Large, warm buffy-orangish shorebird, approximately WHIM sized, wading and feeding on tide flats. Very long, bi-colored, recurved bill, turning black toward the tip. Smudge of dirt or oil on neck and mantle on one side. Bird first seen at Drayton Harbor - Milhollin Boat Launch (Hotspot) (See checklist at 8:25 am) and relocated here. Flagged - Rare. Photos.
