Observation details
Andrew put down his speaker and we called birds. Could hear them a way off and I didn't think they were getting any closer when one appeared moving through the grass almost at our feet. It peered around for awhile and did a couple of dashes across the road for good looks and a video. Setting sun even broke through to illuminate them at one point. So we left it and headed back.
