Observation details
*lifer; heard to sing once and while I tried to recall the song it sang again and I snapped into action to go get audio—I knew it was a good leaf warbler. While I stood there recording I came to realize it was Japanese Leaf but it just would not sing again. I walked along the belt trail slowly and finally heard it singing again, got to see it foraging (typical Arctic type, narrow supercilium tapering in front of eye), and heard what seem to be a few call notes at the front of the song (though not as strong as the notes on Merlin). It foraged with a group of three Eastern Crowned and a Sakhalin Leaf-type, but the flock moved a lot and they all moved off after 5-6 minutes.
