Observation details
1st year Little Blue Heron; in flight; ***First county sighting! Saw and photographed small Heron flying high overhead; its whiteness was mysterious, so followed up identification using original image(s) compared to AllAboutBirds (include Birds of North America subscription material). Later spotted Little Blue much closer, on ground, July 30, 2012.
