Aged by absence of neat white trailing edge to remiges, absence of pale scaling on upperparts and irregular wear on remiges. Sexed as female due to spotting on white underwing coverts

Adult female catching fish at fishpond. Presumably a recently arrived migrant as not seen here over past few weeks.
