Standing bird is the Tundra Bean-Goose, next to it a Greater White-fronted.
Observation details
With Greater White-fronted and Canadas in dry scrub just north of Ave D between the treatment plant and the onramp to CA-14 N. Round orange spot on bill, browner head than GWFG. Brown head contrasts with tan neck. Sat down or walked with the GWFG. Right wing droops a bit. Did not see it fly.
