NOTES: This recording starts at 11:29 on field tape. Male not parent of these fledglings sings from 11 min 29 sec after 000 click to 12 min 9 sec. From 12 min 9 sec to 13 min 42 sec another bird (ID unknown) sings from farther away and the female parent of these fledglings sings a different song type from closer (including a quavery syllable type (17) along with a lot of normal ones). From 13 min 42 sec to 15 min 47 sec the male and female parents countersang with the male singing first and the female singing the same song type as just before (the male sang a different song type). From 15 min 47 sec to 16 min 27 sec the male parent sang alone. After 16 min 27 sec the fledgling begged and the female gave chip calls. Uher tape counter numbers184-307, recorded between 0943 h and 1022 h. Note that one of the microphones may have been set on "S" (speech) rather than "M" (music). Rain in background of recordings of female with fledgling. LNS Technician Note: I did not edit out recordist's off/on noises in order to maintain time line in recordist's field notes. mf.
