Observation details

Initially, there were approximately 4000 birds spread out along the shallow water edge of a KM of land, averaging about 3-5 birds per Meter. Later, they separated in a 60:40 ratio. As the sun began to set, 60% of the birds that had separated earlier rejoined the 40% flock. In addition, two to three flocks consisting of around 50-100 birds each also joined this group. As a result, the final flock had a length of about 300 to 350 Meters, accommodating over 4000 birds.
