Media notes

Long set of soft conversational calls while foraging and in flight from pair. ID by sight.

Observation details

A pair was first spotted perched in top of deciduous tree border entrance road. After a flurry of activity, we saw them fly back into the scrubby woods west of the road. After about 30 minutes of searching refound feeding on crab-apple fruit and associating with a flock of robins and some other species. Would quietly feed for about 5 minutes then fly up to the top of a tree for a minute or so, make some soft calls, then fly back down into the lower branches to resume foraging. Appeared to be a female and subadult male. Recordings and photos.
