Observation details

Found on a tip from another birder (Rose Strickland). I observed the bird through a 50x scope at approximately 200 yrds. The bird was perched on top of a 15 ft willow in the field. I digiscoped several pictures. Field marks I observed include: narrow mask, rounded head, and white markings around the eye. A continuing bird since 2/1/23.
