Observation details
The stripes on the head look more like a WCSP, however the center crown is bright yellow forward and abruptly transitions to white moving towards the rear. The supercilium is gray except for the area above the eye which is yellow. A large part of my identifying this bird was based on my research for photos in the Macaulay Library of similar birds. https://macaulaylibrary.org/asset/227156901 Jacob Miller https://macaulaylibrary.org/asset/441581501 Caleb Warren https://macaulaylibrary.org/asset/131502311 Steve Heinl https://macaulaylibrary.org/asset/239897061 Aaron Lang https://macaulaylibrary.org/asset/446163871 Charles Enlow
