Observation details
Heard a singing wren many times during the last half of birding there west (above) of the Campbell House with the Heyerly’s. Started up when the Bushtits appeared (noted in earlier checklists as a detail I wouldn’t have correlated had I not seen those comments - thank you!). I took many recordings, but only one shows a spectrogram which I have posted. Bird sings 4 times starting at around 36 seconds with the last 3 heard best in the recording. Song was long and disjunct going up and down with variety and not as regular as Pacific. Found a website that compares Winter and Pacific Wren songs and spectrogram matches Winter. Also saw a Winter Wren candidate, but not well enough to study at about here (44.0575316, -123.0905873). SoundID never IDed Winter Wren, but it also never suggested Pacific, either.
