Very active after 9 am.
Observation details
Continuing. Discovered yesterday. Seen with many others throughout the morning. Perched for extended amounts of time before taking flight and then perching again. Became very active chasing crows and starlings after about 9 AM. Stayed close to power plant for most of the time.
