Observation details
This bird appeared in the area of Princeton High School one day, and somehow I heard about it (don't recall from whom). It was apparently there for at least a week or two, and I later learned that it had met its demise one day when it flushed into the path of a semi truck! Somewhere I have a clipped newspaper article about this prairie-chicken, but so far I haven't located it.
