I heard the chipping from a few different locations in the trees as the bird moved around, that is what you’re listening to in this clip. A few minutes later the bird came into the open and we got a visual confirmation.

Observation details

26.13767° N, 97.17655° W. Spotted visually in the plants near the T walkway intersection.
