Observation details
When I first saw this bird with its black throat the more likely House Sparrow came to mind. Then I noticed the pink bill, warm light brownish head, and white belly and realized it was a Harris's Sparrow. There was snow on the ground and the bird was feeding with some Zonotrichia sparrows along the edge of the entrance road to FRC where the snow had melted.
