Observation details
Could be wrong, but seems to have too much red for RNSA, and too little red/too much black and white for RBSA. [And fwiw, doesn't appear to have a very messy back pattern (although below the red nape, doesn't have distinct black central stripe) or any yellow tones on front so probably not any YBSA involved.] Flew into a magnolia on the west side of Brandy Rock Way, ate a seed, then flew back in the direction of the park. Didn’t get a great view of the back, and nothing of the tail. ID input welcome!
