Observation details
Adult bald flew overhead.. Flushed another eagle out of the tree on the hill above me. It flew right over head. Then went upriver. I watched it land in the tree on the Pa side of river. Obvious golden nape with well pronounced large white patches under each wing. He later flew back across river and headed south.
