Observation details
Dull, nonbreeding plumage. Heard it calling as it was flying across saltmarsh and road. Calls matching Merlin. Deep undulations in flight while calling. Some poor, distant shots taken. It was around the dumped tyre saltmarsh, which is around here: -32.8433271, 151.6816949
