Observation details
Small adult accipiter seen perched in a euc near restroom 8. When I saw it fly into the tree, my first thought was an Amazona sp because of size. On the smaller side, with clearly squared off tail with retrices of uniform length. My viewing was from behind, but once it turned back towards me and I got a look at its small rounded head with buggy eyes and a small bill. Took off to the east as I tried to get a view of it from the front. Pics should be ID’able. Park bird, and one I’ve wanted for a long time
