Observation details

It was incidental sighting. I could see a full black eagle with very little spots bellow the wings. Also at a time, I could see a white patch at rump. Not big as black eagle to compare with. Nothing much I can recall from the sighting. Attaching photo shot on phone for reference tho not a clear picture.
