Observation details
Rare** Huge shorebird with an incredibly long bill. Cinnamon wings with a buffy wash over the entire bird. The bill, although reminiscent of Whimbrel, was far too long and decurved to belong to any other species of shorebird. Absolutely beautiful bird. Lifer for several observers! Photos.
