Observation details
At least 3 birds together in Phrags along roadside at SE end of big pond. Increasingly scarce in Cape May Co. but a bit more regular here. As big as SOSP, long skinny tail, crisp white wing bars, plain gray chest with black central spot, rusty crown, bicolored bill; sharp, descending “tsu” calls, lower and more ringing than SAVS; audio
