This Sharpy was flushed from a small creek in a swampy patch of willows where it had apparently been bathing. Flew up to this branch then shook and preened with fluffed up feathers continuously for a few minutes. About the size of a BLJA. Flew off when I shifted weight and rustled some dry sycamore leaves.
