Observation details
Bobwhites continue to forage on bird seed on my property and take cover in sheltered areas huddling together when temps drop. Third sighting with 7-N. Bobwhites noted. First sighting was Oct. 25, 2022 with 6-N. Bobwhites. Second sighting Nov. 5, 2022 noted an additional female. Intricate plumage with warm brown, white and black pattern and males with distinct contrasty black and white head and throat.
