Observation details
Incredible views of this striking bird in a flock mixed with Lesser Necklaced and White-crested Laughingthrushes. The birds were in the open for two minutes as they appeared to be feeding on something under the bark of a tree. Warm brown above except for gray nape and top of head. Yellow throat and upper breast. Rufous lower belly and vent. Black mask and yellow eye-ring.
