Observation details
Cont., in same spot as yesterday, north of pond here: (33.6897675, -114.5255791) Later flew into bush(?) in pond, then to bush at southern edge of pond here: (33.6879215, -114.5267720). Each time, liked to sit for a long time before moving. Grackle-sized and shaped black cuckoo with huge bill and long tail. Called a few times, a high-pitched squeak followed by a quick rising pair of notes, almost like a question. Found by Mike Baker 11/11/2022
