flagged rare. we saw a yellow-bellied kingbird with gray head and black bill. smaller bill than our other "rare" flycatcher today (Great Kiskadees), and no black/white striping on the head. Obviously a Couch's/Tropical spp. Heard the classic metallic twitter call, not single notes like Couch's KB.
