NOTES: (Breed. Status: Territorial Gen. Climate: Humid. Gen. Habitat: Adjacent to a montane meadow. Weather: Quite breezy at times.) BNA: The male Song is heard. CZ 20/07/2004. [Six songs, all of which appear to include imitations of flight calls of Coccothraustes vespertinus, a gargle of Poecile gambeli, and a chink call of Passerella iliaca. The songs beginning at 1:01 and 1:27 end with imitations of a call of Turdus migratorius, and the song beginning at 1:45 appears to end with an imitation of a part of the song of Contopus cooperi. Quality changed from 3 to 2-3, 3 (wind noise becomes excessive in middle of recording) - CAM - 7 February 2005]. Same subject(s) as LNS 49481. Other Behaviors: Advertise.
