NOTES: (Breed. Status: Territorial. Gen. Climate: Humid. Gen. Hab.: Adjacent to a montane meadow. Weather: Quite breezy at times.) BNA: The male Song is heard. CZ 20/07/2004. [Nine songs, all of which appear to include imitations of a flight call of Coccothraustes vespertinus and the gargle call of Poecile gambelli. Most songs (with the exception of songs beginning at 0:16 and 1:41) also include an imitation of Passerella iliaca (chink call), and songs beginning at 0:41, 1:19, and 1:30 end with an imitation of calls of Turdus migratorius. At 0:38, 0:49, 0:52, 1:00, 1:03, 1:38 are calls that appear to represent the "psee-si-it" described in BNA.
