Observation details
Medium-sized peep, folded wingtips extending beyond tail tip, scapulars showing scaly pattern with round dark centres and light edges. Dark legs, bill dark and medium length. Typical Baird’s twittering calls heard (too windy to record audio). One single species flock of 15, another flock with 5 Baird’s and two smaller peeps. Photos.
