Observation details

Se observó un individuo macho cerca a unas plantas florecidas ubicadas en una barra de arena que está entre el mar y la ciénaga. Vocalizaba y realizaba movimientos constantes. Especie endémica, EN PELIGRO según el Libro Rojo de las Aves de Colombia y en PELIGRO CRÍTICO de acuerdo a la IUCN
