Media notes
Fair to good focus on birds, but excessive background noise from wind and some handling noise. Recording Time: 11:11:00 AM (UTC -6). Temperature: 17 C. Habitat: Boreal/Taiga, Mixed Coniferous/Deciduous. Background species and behavior notes: Oporornis agilis. Beginning of the track is a CONW. Two SSHA flew across the clearing, and two SSHA began flying in circles, interacting, and calling in conifers and aspen across the clearing (50 m) from me. One SSHA was considerably larger than the other, so presumably one bird was male and the other female. First very faint SSHA vocalization at about 19 seconds. CONW continued to sing throughout. Background noise is waves on lake 200 m away and wind in aspen. Background noise is waves on lake 200 m away and wind in aspen.
