Observation details
Juvenile initially seen resting on the water relatively close in to the northeast, dark gull-like bird with brownish head/nape/breast and blackish mantle, slightly lighter along flanks. Took off and later resighted further out north of the park. Proceeded to chase CAGU, which it was slightly smaller than; white wrist patches and shiny underwing apparent in flight. Bird was quickly able to overtake the CAGU, and acrobatic harrassment lasted a few minutes before the bird disappeared from view. Size and flight looked better for PAJA than other species.
