Observation details
A Flock of half a dozen Alexandrine Parakeets comes regularly to a Himalayan cedar tree in my garden. They perhaps like to eat its seeds. I also see some of them on pine and walnut trees there. As Kashmir has forests of Deodar , Pine and Walnut they might be supporting a large number of these birds in autumn. The photo shows a pair of birds eating Deodar seeds. One of them has a seed in its beak.
