Observation details
Continuing rarity reported by many. Seen at east end of island, foraging on the ground along with a large group of Pin-tailed Whydah. Small finch with gray upperparts, coral bill with black at base of bill, a vertical white bar, and a slender black "mustache" extending from bottom of eye to throat, chestnut ears. Barred gray bib, rusty flanks with white spotting, white belly, black and white barred tail. ID photo to add.
