Observation details
Crazy!, but unfortunate. Initially seen on the side of the road while driving. Turned around to get some photos and then noticed it was injured. Bird has left shoulder injury and couldn't gain powered flight. Able to run fine but would occasionally fall over. Location of checklist is exact spot of the bird (South side of the 18).
