Observation details
UPDATE I'm adding photos, and changing this to Black-chinned Hummingbird. I'm increasingly convinced this is a Black-chinned and not Ruby-throated. My photos are bad enough that I cna't wee wingtip shape, but the pale, dingy, grey-tinged nape and overall pale head and back support Black-chinned rather than Ruby-throated. The bill also looks quite long. According to photos on eBird, Black-chinned CAN have warm buff flanks in juvenile plumage, which was the feature that initially made me think this bird had to be a Ruby-throated. Combined with the much greater probability of Black-chinned, I think there's enough visible in the photos to identify it as such.
