Observation details
Typically huge Haliaeetus eagle. Immature: Current bird is well along in transforming into adult plumage with much of head & all of nape now white; still retaining dark brown crown & face; bill does not yet show yellow coloration; brown streaks on breast; short tail. LIFER for SD/SL.
