Observation details
First seen perched at the very top of a pine tree. Was next to a house finch and noticeably bigger. Then flew out onto the very top of a dead tree. Both times facing away so I only got a butt shot pic. In flight I could see the dark, streaky vest. Large darker head and large dark bill. Shortly after, seen by Josh C and confirmed sighting. Will post butt pic.
